We fulfill orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to ship.

Please note that we are limited by our fulfillment schedule and by shipping carrier constraints.
We know that many gifts are time sensitive, and we want to honor your loved ones' special day.

We recommend ordering 10-14 days before your loved one's special day (depending on how far it will be shipped) to make sure your gift arrives on time.

First, email us at hellogiftedrva@gmail.com to schedule a call to determine your vision and needs.
Within 3 business days, we create a custom proposal for a nonrefundable fee of $100 which will be applied toward your invoice.
Once you sign off on the proposal, we send an invoice. Once paid, we create your gifts. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks (unless otherwise specified) for order completion.
Gifts can be scheduled for pickup or delivered for an additional fee in the Richmond, VA metro area. If your gift needs to be shipped outside of the Richmond area, the cost of shipping will be included in your proposal.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship alcohol due to Virginia ABC regulations.
